Billboards with photos of infamous Kostantyn Zatulin, Russia Duma deputy who pushes for Kremlin domination of Crimea, have appeared along Crimean roads.Zatulin is depicted on the billboards against the backdrop of a military vessel with the text running as, “I won’t be defeated,” with the words “Sevastopol and Black Sea Flee are united,” written underneath.
One of the Crimean politicians who came across the billboards, appealed to the prosecution to remove the billboards and find out at whose expense they were put up.
According to media reports, July 24, the first deputy head of the Russia Duma committee for CIS Kostyantyn Zatulin was detained in Simferopol by the Ukrainian security service and banned entry in Ukraine.
On his arrival, Zatulin was met in the airport by SBU officials who showed him a document banning his entry in Ukraine. On the same day, Zatulin left for Moscow.
